Who is responsible for your data
This page is published by Yanature, who presents a selection of experiences in Mauritius. Yanature is responsible for the data collected directly on this page.
The catalogue and the booking module are provided by Andeor, the marketplace available at andeor.travel. When you start a booking, your booking and payment data are processed by Andeor, which acts as the data controller for the booking, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
For any question about your data, write to henri@yanature.com.
What this page collects
Browsing this page requires no account and sets no advertising tracker and no audience measurement tool. Fonts and icons are hosted on this site. No resource is loaded from Google, Facebook or any advertising network.
- Browsing. The site host keeps short-lived technical logs, which include the IP address, for security and reliability purposes.
- Booking. When you open the booking module, Andeor collects the information needed for your booking, such as your name, email address, chosen date and payment. This information is only collected if you start a booking.
- Contact. If you write to us by email, we receive your address and the content of your message so that we can reply.
Cookies and local storage
This page only uses strictly necessary items. They are used neither for advertising nor to track your browsing.
- Your consent choice is stored on your device for at most six months, so that you are not asked again on every visit.
- The Andeor booking module uses session cookies that are essential for booking and secure payment. They are only set when you open that module.
No audience measurement or marketing cookie is used today. If such services were added, they would only start with your prior agreement.
Where your data is hosted
The site is hosted by Vercel. Booking data is kept by Andeor on its infrastructure, which relies on Supabase. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to henri@yanature.com. For booking data, you can also contact Andeor directly from andeor.travel. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France.
How long data is kept
Your consent choice is kept for at most six months on your device. The host’s technical logs are kept for a short period. Booking data is kept by Andeor for as long as needed to fulfil the booking and to meet legal obligations, in particular accounting rules.
Updates to this policy
This policy may change if the page changes or if new services are added. The update date appears at the top of this page and any new category of tracker would be submitted for your agreement before it starts.
